Based on over 6 years of experience, we know what it takes to create a great listing! We’ll organize a photo shoot to present your property in it’s best light. We’ll also set up the listing via one or more third-party listing services as mutually agreed. This involves writing the listing descriptions, guest manual and nearby essentials / attractions. We’ll work with the owner to find out all essential information, such as Wi-Fi information, garbage and check-out instructions and bank account information so that you can be paid! Property setup and stocking is important to maximize your guest’s satisfaction. If required and mutually agreed, we’ll purchase bed linens, towels, and other decorating necessities on your behalf. We also organize the initial stocking of guest supplies, such as bottled water, soaps/shampoos, basic kitchen items (coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc), and consumable paper supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc). As the host, acting in your name, or as ‘Amanda’, we’ll communicate with potential and booked guests, using the messaging system provided by the Host Listing Firms. We’ll also communicate with you on pricing, guest suitability questions or other important matters. Pre-arrival communication is critical. It includes not only arrival timings, but special requests or guest needs, such as a crib or setting up an extra bed. Guest responsiveness is what sets us apart, so the Anartia Tech team works together to provide back-up for each other, so that we can provide a 7-day per week, 16 hours per day service. We don’t use call centers – we are REAL people!
